Μια φορά κι έναν καιρό, τα παράθυρα δεν ήρθαν στις διαφορετικές εκδόσεις ή τις γεύσεις. Αγοράσατε τα παράθυρα και ήταν παράθυρα από το Α στο Ω, ή τεχνικά W στο S. Κάποια δύναμη το καλεί καλύτερα χρόνους, αλλά οι χρόνοι αλλάζουν και έχουν έτσι τη ζήτηση στην αγορά. Από τώρα έχουμε 5 εκδόσεις των παραθύρων για την καταναλωτική αγορά - αν και μερικοί επιμένουν στη συγκέντρωση σε ένα bazillion, φαίνεται μόνο δίκαιο να είναι σε θέση να αναβαθμίσει μεταξύ των εκδόσεων όταν απαιτείται, κατά συνέπεια Τα παράθυρα αναβαθμίζουν οποτεδήποτε γεννήθηκε.

Επάνω μέχρι το Μάιο, οποτεδήποτε η βελτίωση ήταν μόνο προσιτή μέσω του α ιδιόκτητο σύστημα σε απευθείας σύνδεση διαταγής παρεχόμενος από τη Microsoft, που περιορίζει τη διαθεσιμότητα και τη δυνατότητα πρόσβασης εκείνοι που είτε δεν έχουν μια πιστωτική κάρτα είτε δεν είναι απλά άνετοι με να αγοράσουν on-line. Από το Μάιο μέχρι τώρα, η Microsoft έχει προσφέρει ήσυχα αυτά τα πακέτα βελτίωσης, από-ο-τοποθετήστε σε ράφι το προϊόν για αναβαθμίζει οποτεδήποτε. Η αρχική έκδοση της βελτίωσης παραθύρων οποτεδήποτε ήταν διαθέσιμη στην καταναλωτική έναρξη στη Βόρεια Αμερική και EMEA στις 30η Ιανουαρίου υπό μορφή κάρτας με ένα κλειδί προϊόντων. Από καιρό σε καιρό θα συναντήσω τυχαία μια μηχανή που έχει έναν ληστευμένο αύξοντα αριθμό γραφείων. Η Microsoft ελέγχει τον αύξοντα αριθμό σας πρίν επιτρέπει σε σας για να μεταφορτωθούν οι αναπροσαρμογές για τα παράθυρα, και το γραφείο.



Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει κανένας τρόπος μέσα στο γραφείο να ενημερωθεί ακριβώς ο αύξων αριθμός σας (με ένα νόμιμο) χωρίς την απεγκατάσταση, και επανατοποθέτηση του λογισμικού.

Δεδομένου ότι άρχισα κουρασμένου της εξέτασης τους φραγμούς προόδου ερεύνησα για να δω εάν υπεάρξε ένας τρόπος να ενημερωθεί χωρίς επανατοποθετεί… και βγάζει ότι δεν είναι πραγματικά πάρα πολύ σκληρό.

You simply need to drill down to this registry key (As always backup your registry before messing with it):

See the two values: ProductID, and DigitalProductID? Delete them.

Now run launch any office application, and you will be prompted for the new serial number.




Now you can update the serial without waiting through a re-install.

Tired of the old Windows Vista default Boot Screen? Well then, there is a simple alternative solution involving nothing more than your copy of the operating system. And just a tad of tweaking, but nothing extensive, and certainly nothing that would cause Vista to become instable or unusable. The fact of the matter is that you will only have to make use of one of the system maintenance tools that ships by default with the platform. And of course that the first tool coming to mind is the System Configuration Utility, or msconfig.

In order to access the System Configuration Utility all you have to do is enter “msconfig” in the Search Box under the Start Menu. (more…)
