Vele beheerders zoeken altijd gemakkelijkere manieren om toepassingen over hun netwerk op te stellen. Ik vind het verbazend het aantal tijden die ik met andere Vensters Admins heb gesproken, en zij nooit de eigenschappen van de pakketplaatsing van groepsbeleid hebben gebruikt.

Het werkt goed, en ik ga u door een eenvoudige toepassingsplaatsing lopen.

Begin uit door op uw domeincontrolemechanisme te krijgen. Stel Actieve folderGebruikers en Computers open.

Bepaal welke computers het pakket zullen krijgen. U kon het naar het volledige domein versturen, of u kon een groep computers in een Organisatorische Eenheid zetten en slechts het ontslaan aan hen.

In ons klein voorbeeld hier zal ik het aan het volledige domein ontslaan. Wij moeten op het domein met de rechtermuisknop aanklikken, en naar eigenschappen gaan. Het eigenschappen venster zal popup en dan schakelen wij op het groepsbeleid tabel over.

The System tool in Control Panel uses currentspeed to do its reporting rather than maxspeed, but the System tool may display the wrong clock speed for the Central Processing Unit (CPU).

As of January 2002, Windows XP uses the currentspeed value rather than the maxspeed value because the maxspeed value was reporting inconsistent values.

After startup, the processor may not correctly reflect its correct speed until a program utilizes processor cycles.

Following our coverage of the Windows XP SP3 beta leak almost a month ago in August, here’s some more info on the official beta, which just had its first authorized distributable released earlier today. Say hello to Windows XP SP3, build 3205!

While the newly-released build and the one leaked a month ago (Build 3180) may share the same name, we can exclusively reveal that they are not identical releases. This release, also shipped as windowsxp-kb936929-sp3-x86-enu.exe, is 334.2 megabytes and has been made available to tier-one Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista SP1 beta testers.
