A New York City questa settimana, Microsoft ha invitato oltre 200 membri della pressa per visitare Spazio di esperienza del consumatore di Windows agli studi di bianco del Peter. Là, otterranno le mani sui demos dei piani d'azione che sia Windows Vista che Windows in tensione permettono insieme per i consumatori. I piani d'azione allo spazio di esperienza del consumatore di Windows includono i demos dei apps in tensione di Windows (quali la posta in tensione di Windows e galleria in tensione della foto di Windows), gioco su Windows Vista e centro di mezzi di Windows e le relative possibilità domestiche di intrattenimento.

Uno dei piani d'azione che sono demoed è la capacità di generare i colpi panoramici nella galleria in tensione della foto di Windows. Assolutamente amo questa caratteristica e deciso per andare giù al quadrato di periodi e per prendere alcuni colpi per generare una vista panoramica del quadrato di periodi durante sia durante la sera che durante il giorno. We are pleased to announce the release of the remaining 19 languages packs for Windows Vista Ultimate. This Ultimate Extras release brings the total number of language packs for use with Windows Vista Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI) to 35. Windows Vista Ultimate enables users install multiple languages on their system and quickly switch between them by associating a system language with their login name.

MUI is particularly useful in multilingual homes where multiple people use a single computer and choose different languages for their primary use. People who wish to learn a new language will also find MUI to be a particularly useful feature. We are aware of a very large number of customers who have purchased Ultimate for this feature specifically and are gratified that these customers can now realize the full benefit of Windows Vista Ultimate. After weeks of gruelling troubleshooting, I’ve finally had it confirmed by Microsoft Australia and USA something as small as swapping the video card or updating a device driver can trigger a total Vista deactivation.

Put simply, your copy of Windows will stop working with very little notice (three days) and your PC will go into “reduced functionality” mode, where you can’t do anything but use the web browser for half an hour.

You’ll then need to reapply to Microsoft to get a new activation code. (more…)
