these people put a link in our system that keeps telling us to buy their spyware every 3 minutes and this link can’ t be removed.

i also fell into this trap, bought the programme over the internet, and now am woried that they will use my infomation to steal money, these people need to be stoped it’s costed me alot of money and head aches. Whyt does’nt windows or bit defender detect this, i have paid good money for services that have no use to me. I am very disapointed

I am also very disappointed. I have CounterSpy and Norton Anti-virus and both cannot get rid of it. I cannot locate any antispywarexpert files on my PC either. Can anyone please help?
Current problem is that Internet Explorer simply freezes and fails to respond, I occasionally get the antispyware webpage appearing….no clue as to what I should do next…any help will be greatly appreciated.

J’ai eu affaire à ce faux antivirus et la facture a été salée. La commande sur le net été d’environ 49,95 euros et la facture a té près de 4 fois plus. 114,85 € pkus 69.90 €
J’ai été voir mon banquier pour faire opposition à cet abus.
Contre Bestpaymentsolution.net
Ce faux anti spyware qui est un authentique virus. Selon AntiSpyware Hunter. J’ai du réformateur mon disque. C’est le seul moyen de se débarrasser de cette vermine. (avec une collections d’autre antivirus virus virus)
Si vous pouvez me certifier ce que vous signalez ici ça m’était utile pour agir contre ces malfaisants.
Je me tiens à votre disposition pour vous renseigner davantage.

I have been dealing with this false antivirus and the invoice has been salted. The order on the net was approximately 49.95 euros and the billed tee nearly 4 times more. 114.85 € pkus 69.90 €
I went to see my banker to oppose this abuse.
Against Bestpaymentsolution.net
This false anti spyware which is a genuine virus. According AntiSpyware Hunter. I have my hard reformer. This is the only way to get rid of the vermin. (with a collection of other anti-virus viruses)
If you can certify me what you tell me here it useful to act against this evil.
I am at your disposal for more information.

Sur ce site il faut laisser vos coordonnées pour que nous puissions nous aider à combattre ces voleurs. Il faut faire confiance au moteur de recherche Google pour nous joindre et nous échanger des informations utiles pour nous défendre avec l’aide des banques. Ma Banque a changé ma carte pour mettre fin à l’usage frauduleux du code.
J’ai acheté un faux antivirus à 50 euros et l’on voulait m’en faire payer presque 4 fois plus. Que nos témoignages soient justes et sincères. Nous seront victorieux.
SpyHunter, c’est pas mal.

On this site you must leave your contact information so we can help fight these thieves. We need to trust the Google search engine for us and we exchange useful information to defend ourselves with the help of banks. My bank has changed my card to end fraudulent use of the code.
I bought a false virus to 50 euros and it wanted to charge me nearly 4 times more. Let our stories are fair and sincere. We will be victorious !

pour le utilisé tu peut rien faire avec si tu payé pas !!!

de plus de gros dificulté a le suprimé de mon ordi la version de essai avec la quelle tu ne peut rien faire …..

J’ai obtenu gain de cause auprès de ma banque en faisant opposition. Je n’avais guère de doute sur cette question ayant dû agir de la sorte auparavant pour le même type de fraude.
C’est une garantie offerte contractuellement par le système bancaire pour assurer la sécurité des payements par carte. Ce qu’il fallait faire c’est déclarer honnêtement ce qui s’était passé. Je remercie ma banque (LCL) et ses conseillers.
Par ailleurs j’ai pu sauvegarder l’ensemble de mes données. J’ai utilisé toutes les possibilités d’antivirus sérieux à l’essai ou non. J’ai utilisé SpyHunter qui ne fait pas l’unanimité, car incompatible avec « Spybot - Search & Destroy » par exemple. J’ai fini par choisir Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. (Essai libre un mois) + scanner en ligne. J’ai éliminé d’autres antivirus très valables… J’ai passé pas mal de temps pour éliminer des virus qui étaient dans de vieilles archives.
Si j’ai donné mes coordonnées, c’est parce que je voulais d’abord témoigner ma confiance en ceux qui permettent qu’Internet soit un espace d’expression libre et honnête. J’ai exprimé, ce que j’exprime aussi ailleurs, ma conviction de faire ce qui est juste et droit. Je remercie ceux qui facilitent le référencement de sites qui font la promotion (gratuite) de cette justice et de ce droit. Les moteurs de recherche font cette promotion.

I won with my bank by opposition. I had absolutely no doubt on this issue having had to do so before for the same type of fraud.
It is a guarantee offered contractually by the banking system to ensure the safety of payments per card. What was needed do is state honestly what has happened. I thank my bank (LCL) and his advisers.
In addition i could safeguard the whole of my data. used all the possibilities of antivirus serious to the test or not. I used SpyHunter is not unanimous, as incompatible with “Spybot - Search & Destroy” for example. I finally choose Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. (Test free month) + scanner online. I eliminated other antivirus very valid … I spent a lot of time to eliminate viruses that were in old archives.
If I gave my contact data, it is because I wanted first demonstrate my confidence in those which allow the Internet to be an expression space free and fair. I expressed, what I also expresses elsewhere, my conviction to do what is just and right. I thank those who facilitate the referencing of sites which are the promotion (free) this justice and of this right. Search engines do this promotion.

bonjour, voilà je ne suis pas satisfait de votre société anti spyware expert parce que vous affichez sur mon écran que j’ai des virus qui circule dans ma boite et est-ce que je souhaite que anti spyware expert fasse le néttoyage je clique sur ok nettoyé maintenant et il m’affiche une fiche pour que je puisse payer d’abord avec ma carte bleu avant d’effectuer , premièrement le mois dernier j’ai acheté chez vous un anti virus fait par internet et j’ai ma facture pour preuve et vous n’arrétez pas d’afficher votre message d’anti virus sur mon écran toute les 5mn et vous me redemandez de payer encore? c’ est de la fraude !!!! merçi

Moi aussi je me suis fait arnaquer par AntiSpywareExpert… j’ai été harcelé de messages pendant trois jours me laissant craindre le pire pour mon ordinateur… j’ai cédé at je viens d”acheter le produit… depuis plus aucune trace sur mon disque dur !
Quelle procédure à suivre pour me faire rembourser ?

I too got rip off with this virus protection, I want to know how I make them pay. They gave me a false phone number, an have no way of getting in touch with them
