		<description>Our ASP 3.0 application is running in the Windows 2003. Recently we removed the Session object from application code and the user's sessions are maintained in the SQL Server 2005. The application is not starting properly after the server reboot. We have to roll the global.asa file ever time to up the application. Please provide solution for this issue.</description>
