You can create a XPS format document in Windows Vista without the need of Office or any other software. In other words, Windows supports XPS format by default. To create a XPS document in Windows Vista, type anything in Notepad or WordPad, and follow the simple steps given below:
- Create a document using Notepad or WordPad.
- Go to File > Print option.
- Now, select “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” as your printer.
- Click “Print” button and save the document.
