Where the hell do you go to get #2? There's some missing steps. You can't just open Control Panel and expect it to be there. It has to be within some other application or folder inside the Control Panel. Now where do you go to get to Problem Reports & Solutions? There's obvious no such thing in XP!!! Thanks.
