I own a T-Mobile Shadow, I really like everything about the design of the phone especially the look and feel. I can type so fast on the keyboard it's not even funny.

It has a HUGE problem though, it needs be hard-booted just about every other day, this thing cannot be counted on as a phone (or anything else, but I have never had an unreliable cell-phone).

Even with this unreliability (I keep blaming myself someway or another even though it happens every day or every two days... I have to remove the battery to get it to turn off) I still really like this phone. I think that speaks volumes for the design, that I would put up with the unreliability.

I think this phone is the "real news" and not the iPhone or the $500.00 Windows Mobile phones. I'm sure the reliability issues will be ironed out, I cannot conceive of having a "non-PDA" phone after having had this phone.

And another thing: The packaging is stellar, and the included stereo headset, and nice belt-clip-case is very nice and it is "above and beyond" that they include all of that within the $150.00 package.

They'll get it right. The price-point is amazing, and if I weren't so geeky the unreliability would absolutely be a deal breaker though.
