My computer is an HP with a HP, USB-wired mouse. Operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium. My mouse started becoming non-reponsive at random intervals last week. So far, the mouse has always come back to life after I turn the compter off manually (using the on/off switch) and then re-boot.
