NV3 Suite Theme - Free Download
This Vista theme is so unique and sharp that I think it’s the best theme of 2008 so far. There are so many custom made elements to this design that it’s hard to know where to start. I love the Start button and the unique icons throughout the theme. The windows have cool back and forward buttons and all the colors work so good together. Even the background has a cool unique white/grey look with a mirror effect for the logo. The black even looks great, which is hard to accomplish because usually too much black makes the theme look too dark. This one takes the cake.

How on earth (no really) does one install the NV3 theme
Patches don’t help.
It simply is not accepted as a theme
Why is Vista so Stubborn to accept a theme…what unholy inflexibility is built into this arse of a Vista
