Por causa de Windows, os milhões dos povos começam apreciar oportunidades de fazer mais com suas vidas - como um resultado direto de usar um PC, ou com os trabalhos criados em nosso ecosystem do sócio. Ame-o ou odeie-o, Windows permite povos e negócios, e esse significa o impacto.

O impacto que eu prefiro, embora, está em um nível ainda mais pessoal - por exemplo, como um gerente de produto para Windows Vista, eu tive o privilégio de trabalhar com as equipes que construíram características importantes do consumidor como controles Parental. I wanted to get this Idea on by blog because I wanted to be the first who proposed such a method of overclocking.

According to general relativity, clocks run slower in locations with higher gravitational force.

I quote from wikipedia:

Gravitational time dilation is the effect of time passing at different rates in regions of different gravitational potential; the higher the local distortion of spacetime due to gravity, the slower time passes. Albert Einstein originally predicted this effect in his theory of relativity and it has since been confirmed by tests of general relativity.

This has been demonstrated by noting that atomic clocks at differing altitudes (and thus different gravitational potential) will eventually show different times. The effects detected in such experiments are extremely small, with differences being measured in nanoseconds.

 News Analysis. Uh-oh! Two Fs and only one A mean Vista won’t be going to the head of the class.

Windows Vista’s one-year anniversary is Wednesday. Microsoft released the software to everybody on Jan. 30, 2007. A day earlier, Microsoft held a launch gala for Vista and Office 2007 in New York.

In this post, I score how well Vista has done in 12 areas since its real launch 12 months ago. Microsoft also launched Vista on Nov. 30, 2006. But the release that matters—when businesses or consumers could buy PCs—happened two months later.

I chose attributes that I believe matter most in evaluating Vista’s real relevance, particularly in relationship to Windows XP. The scoring is my own, based on my personal experience using Windows Vista for nearly two years and on my assessment of other users’ perceptions and experiences, including Microsoft customers and partners.

You’ve got to give credit to Microsoft for at least coming up with new ways to communicate the effects of counterfeit software, if not, producing these wicked illustrated short movies. For just under a year now, Microsoft has been producing a series of these animated movies, “Genuine Fact Files“, aimed at demonstrating how counterfeit software can have devastating effects on the life of those who purchase them.

The latest of these comic-style movies is called “Dangerous Descent”. It features the story of a pilot who has been pressured by a friend to purchase some Microsoft software from street shops in Shanghai - a story most of us can relate to. Unknowingly, he puts himself, his friends and even his marriage on the line. This suspense thriller will put you on the edge of your seat until the very last second. Rated M for mature.
