Récemment, les infections du malware « MonaRonaDona » ont été de plus en plus prevelent.
Une fois que « MonaRonaDona » est installé sur le système d'un utilisateur, il montre le message suivant :

"Bonjour, mon nom est MonaRonaDona. Je suis un virus
Et je suis ici pour détruire votre PC. Si vous
observez le comportement étrange avec votre PC, comme
programmez les fenêtres e.t.c disparaissant, il est je
qui est faire tout ceci. J'ai été créé comme protestation
contre la violation de droits de l'homme
being observed throughout the world & the
very purpose of my existence is to remind
& stress the world to respect humainty."

Once active, "MonaRonaDona" attempts to terminate the following services:

Windows Task Manager
Registry Editor
Irfanview
Google Talk
Macromedia
Adobe
Microsoft Visual
Windows Media Player
Winamp
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Messenger

The 'Internet Explorer' title bar is also modified to contain text regarding "MonaRonaDona".

Immidiatly after infection however, this activity will not be present as the malware registers itself to run as 'Windows' boots. As a result of this, how "MonaRonaDona" actually infects computers is still unknown as users often cannot remember their actions prior to the infection.

However, this is where it gets interesting as due such actions...

 

IE8 Beta is officially launched in the MIX08. And you may download it and try it now. Here is the email from the IE team,

The Internet Explorer team hit an important milestone today and divulged as much at MIX08. IE's General Manager Dean Hachamovitch today announced the availability of IE8 Beta 1, downloadable for testing by all from here.

You can read more on IE8 at the IEBlog, where Dean explains eight specific advances comprised in IE8.

To kick things off at Microsoft’s MIX 2008 conference in Las Vegas, Ray Ozzie, Scott Gutherie and Dean Hachamovitch hosted the first of two keynotes at the event on its first day.
