Una volta che installate c'è ne più vecchia versione di Windows Windows Vista più non comincia e soltanto la più vecchia versione comincia. Ciò accade perché più vecchie versioni dell'OS di Windows sia incompatibile con il nuovo metodo di partenza di Windows Vista. Usi Bootsect.exe per ristabilire Windows Vista MBR ed il codice del caricamento del sistema che trasferisce il controllo al programma del responsabile del caricamento del sistema di Windows.

Ciò può essere fatta scrivendo il seguente ordine a macchina ad un richiamo di ordine:

Azionamento: \ caricamento del sistema \ Bootsect.exe /NT60 tutto

Qui l'azionamento è l'azionamento in cui i mezzi dell'installazione di Windows Vista è individuato.
