Se avete un'ampia raccolta di MP3s, di WMAs e di altre lime dell'audio, probabilmente avete alcuni dove le informazioni della modifica non sono installate correttamente. Cioè non forniscono il nome o l'artista corretto della pista nel vostro lettore multimediale.


La pubblicazione delle queste modifiche manualmente può essere un'operazione laboriosa, ma teme non, i contributori a MusicBrainz offra una soluzione al vostro problema. Come si dicono:
MusicBrainz è un metadatabase di musica della Comunità che tenta di generare un luogo completo delle informazioni di musica. Potete usare i dati di MusicBrainz o passando in rassegna questo Web site, o potete accedere ai dati da un programma del cliente - per esempio, un programma del giocatore di CD può usare MusicBrainz per identificare i CD e fornire le informazioni sul CD, sull'artista o sulle informazioni relative. Potete anche usare il MusicBrainz Tagger per identificare e pulire automaticamente le modifiche di meta dati nelle vostre collezioni digitali di musica.

Il Web site ha un certo numero di applicazioni che dal sistema centrale verso i satelliti potete trasferire che accedono alla base di dati. Quello che ho trovato il più utile era Picard, che fornisce un'interfaccia per cercare…

Ho deciso iniziare un carnival del blog per fornire una raccolta mensile degli articoli che offrissero l'aiuto ed il consiglio del calcolatore, preferibilmente quelli del blog migliori che sono scritti nella lingua debuttante-amichevole.

Questo carnival sarà pubblicato sul ventisettesimo di ogni mese.

La scadenza di presentazione per i nuovi articoli è la ventesima di ogni mese.
