After reading my new blog .a nnumber of people have told me they intended to start their own blog. Several have written to me , asking how to get started. So , rather than continuing to repeat myself, I will oytline the prosess here , It’s actually easier than you may think.
The interesting thing about blog is that they are not a waste of time .On the contrary , they is usually educational and provide energy and excitement . It is pretty cool to be able to find people with similar interests ,people who are writing like talking , people who think about stuff. So I decided I should do it too. I have a lot fo ideas.They some times burn me , because I cannot find someone to shere most of the time .But , if I am doing it ,I would like to do it right. So here is how you can get started along with the guidlines that feel you should follow.
*Have a topic
The best blogs i follow usualy have a focous .The auther thinks about a single topis or intrest. A good blog has a targeted audience. You can’t be everything to all people . But try to something to all people.
*Thought provoking
The good blogger does not stop with the idea. He pursues it to the end. He comes up with examples, makes it fun to read .He comes up with the new ideas, pokes holes on yhe status quo. He is not afraid to share his ideas.
*Have confidence
You hate him , you love him . Sometimes at the same time .A confident blogger makes you want to read him. It is kind of like debates.They can fun even when they are about boring stuff.
*Cutting edge
A good blog should give you good outbound links- intersting, useful stuff what’s going on ? Wher are the other good articals? Some bloggers Don’t have much to talk about, but they find out when someone somewhere posted a really cool entry on their blog.
*Be uniqe
Another interesting observation about great bloggers is that they are all unique.They have their own style.
* Networking
The nice thing about blogging is that it is a social activity. A group activity. Like any team sport, sum is usualy much greater than its parts.Many not-so-great bloggers can creat a great community.
*What i will do
1. Write what i believe in .
2. Share my experince .
3. Have good outbound links.
4. Keep it simple and to the point.
