Firefox con su configuración del defecto no integra bien con el kde. Ahora usted verá cómo setup el firefox como cliente del defecto en los dos casos siguientes

1 ) El chascar en un acoplamiento del email en un Web page debe crear un email nuevo con el kmail.

Comience el firefox y mecanografíe el siguiente en la barra del URL: sobre: config

Una tabla grande con opciones de la configuración aparecerá en la ventana de browser principal.
Busque el artículo network.protocol-handler.external.mailto y cerciórese de que su valor está fijado para verdad. El valor el correcto la mayoría del pedazo de texto en la fila para ese artículo. Mientras que usa la lengüeta de la búsqueda de FireFox (para cualquier Search Engine) después de que usted mecanografíe la pregunta y el golpe incorporan el resultado de la búsqueda se abren en la misma página. 1. In FireFox address bar (where you type the website address) type about:config and hit enter.
2. In filter box just below the address type in network.
3. Then scroll down half way untill you see network.http.pipeling. Click on the right column to change the value to True.
4. Now below this row change the value of network.http.pipeling.maxrequests to 10.
5. Then click ok and restart FireFox.

Mozilla applications render web pages incrementally - they display what’s been received of a page before the entire page has been downloaded. Since the start of a web page normally doesn’t have much useful information to display, Mozilla applications will wait a short interval before first rendering a page: by default, Firefox doesn’t try to render a web page for 250 milliseconds while it’s waiting for data.

By default, the about:config preference UI automatically detects localized preferences and displays the localized setting. But if you are a hacker working on customizing the default settings, this can be very confusing.
