Когда я попытался установить окна vista на мой компьютер, первое решение, котор я должен принять должно было разделить трудный диск. Я начал искать средство программирования на интернете может resize existing перегородка диска. Я нашел некоторое свободно средство программирования но никакие из их посмотрели убеждающ достаточно установить и попытаться дальше мой компьютер. Так я как раз решил пойти дальше и установить Windows Vista так или иначе. Я имел 2 перегородки на моем компьютере. Первая перегородка была приводом c имел окна XP установленные на ее и другая перегородка была приводом d имел все мои данные. Не было дороги, котор я могу установить Windows Vista на привод c. Так, я установил Windows Vista на привод d. After installing Windows Vista I went to the computer manager by right cliking on the “computer” icon and selecting and “Manage”. There you will find the Disk Management option. From there, select the D drive and choose “Shrink”. It will shrink the parition to all available space. This will take a long time to complete without any notification. So, don’t think Vista has hung. Let it finish and you will find D has been shrunk and there’s a new parition. (more…)

Free Up Disk Space

Just because Windows Vista is such a resource hog, the operating system features the Windows Experience Index, a rating system designed to measure the capability of the computer’s hardware configuration in order to assess the overall performance of the machine through a numeric base score. The algorithm for determining a base score ranging from 1.0 to 5.9 is directly connected with the processor, physical memory (RAM), graphics, gaming graphics and the primary hard disk. However, there are a few contexts in which the Windows Experience Index, the mechanism at the basis of the system rating will present and erroneous score for the hardware configuration.

This is a problem observed following the commercial release of the operating system back in January 2007. (more…)
