He recibido absolutamente algunas preguntas sobre el servidor de comunicaciones de oficina (OCS) 2007. Una de las preguntas es:

¿Puedo utilizar solamente 1 servidor para desplegar el servidor de comunicaciones de oficina?

La respuesta simple es:

Si usted no necesita a usuarios externos conectar en el servicio de OCS, entonces es ACEPTABLE. La disposición mínima es:
1 regulador del dominio
1 servidor del miembro instalado con OCS

La elasticidad antedicha de la voluntad solamente usted simple MSN-como servicio dentro de su corporativo.

Sin embargo, si usted necesita tener usuarios externos a poder conectar de nuevo al OCS, usted necesitará setup otro servidor llamado un servidor del borde (instale los papeles del servidor del borde).

Para audio/el vídeo, usted puede ser que necesite OTRO servidor para él, puesto que será procesador bonito/memoria intensiva.

Tan… ¿Es OCS una solución factible para las pequeñas empresas? Diría - depende. Si sus outweights del TOC las ventajas, entonces no. Pero si hacen muchos de entrenamientos y dispersan a los empleados a través del lugar y de la conferencia de la tela de las necesidades con frecuencia, entonces sí.

Si usted está desplegando el servidor de comunicación de oficina 2007 en un solo servidor con el directorio activo, no será posible comenzar servicio anticipado del servidor de comunicación de oficina 2007's. Debajo de espectador del acontecimiento, un error “servicio de la falta del error [0xC3EC79E6] no pudo comenzar por requerimiento” será registrado.

Workaround:

Setup un servidor del miembro e instale OCS 2007 sobre él.

Office Live Workspace is, in Microsoft’s words, “a new web-based feature of Microsoft Office which lets people access their documents online and share their work with others.� 

Office Live Workspace is not a hosted version of Microsoft Office. Instead, it is — like the rest of the Office Live family — an extension to the client-based version of desktop productivity software. Interestingly, Office Live Workspace isn’t just an extension to Microsoft Office 2007, but also third-party-developed office programs like OpenOffice, StarOffice and more, as well as Office XP.
