Ho ricevuto abbastanza alcune domande circa l'assistente di comunicazioni negli uffici (OCS) 2007. Una delle domande ha luogo:

Posso utilizzare soltanto 1 assistente per schierare l'assistente di comunicazioni negli uffici?

La risposta semplice è:

Se non avete bisogno degli utenti esterni di collegare nel servizio di OCS, allora è GIUSTO. La messa a punto minima è:
1 regolatore di dominio
1 assistente del membro installato con OCS

Il suddetto give di volontà soltanto voi semplici MSN-come servizio all'interno del vostro corporativo.

Tuttavia, se dovete avere utenti esterni da potere collegare di nuovo al OCS, dovrete installare un altro assistente denominato un assistente del bordo (installi i ruoli dell'assistente del bordo).

Per audio/video, potreste avere bisogno di un ALTRO assistente per esso, poiché sarà processor grazioso/memoria intensa.

Così… È OCS una soluzione fattibile per le piccole imprese? Direi - dipende. Se i loro outweights di TOC i benefici, allora no. Ma se fanno gli addestramenti molto e gli impiegati sono sparsi frequentemente attraverso il posto ed il congresso di fotoricettore di bisogni, allora sì.

Che cosa pensate? Avete provato OCS2007? Quello che cosa eravate sta prevedendo?

P.s: OCS2007 precedentemente è stato conosciuto come assistente di comunicazione in tensione 2003/2005. Inoltre sto facendo gli screencasts su OCS a cui può essere trovato www.internet.com/video

Se state schierando l'assistente 2007 di comunicazione negli uffici su un singolo assistente con l'indice attivo, non sarà possibile iniziare il servizio a fine frontale dell'assistente 2007's di comunicazione negli uffici. Sotto il visore di evento, un errore “servizio di guasto di errori [0xC3EC79E6] non riesce a cominciare come chiesto„ sarà annotato.

Workaround:

Installi un assistente del membro ed installigli OCS 2007.
