There are lots of software which can hide data on your disk or password protect them. But after some time it becomes difficult to manage all your hidden data. So here we have a freeware which can do this for you.

Secret disk is a small utility to create encrypted virtual drive on your PC. you can also make this drive invisible. It provides the fastest and easiest way to secure your important data. You can switch your drive from invisible to visible only with a single mouse click.

After installing secret disk set your master password which will be used to lock/unlock your secret drive. A new drive will be created in your “My computer” in which you can store your secret data. And after storing your data you can make that drive invisible using this software.

Editing Windows Services Easier with Services Editor

Automatic, Manual, and Disabled   are the  three startup settings for  Windows Services.In windows  many nonessential services are setting by default to start automatically.However, some of them won’t be of any use for you. By quitting those unused services, you can realize higher system performances.When services are stopped, they don’t use memory.A bigger impact is found in available RAM.To see the services that are on your computer go to Start|Run and enter “services.msc”.This will open what is called the “services console.” You can disable  or enable the services according to your needs, but you have to edit each service one by one.This  takes a lot of time and  a lot of effort.

If none of your USB devices detect ,this could be due to wrong registry entries. i.e you need to delete UpperFilters and the LowerFilters registry values.

Follow the procedure listed below to correct your registry:
1. Open Start >> Run, and type “regedit” (without double quotes), and click OK.
2. Locate UpperFilters registry value. it resides in the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E980-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
3. Click on Edit menu, and select Delete and click OK.
Note: If you receive an error when you try to delete the registry subkey, you may not have correct permissions to edit the subkey.
4. Locate LowerFilters registry value. It resides in the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
