The last Windows server launched was Windows Server 2003. ويندز الاخيرة بدا وكان خادم ويندوز 2003. “If you go back to when Microsoft first started to whip up interest in Longhorn, the thing that got us excited was 64-bit support and that has already been around for a while,” says Martin Hingley, chief research officer at analyst IDC. "اذا كان عليك ان تعود الى مايكروسوفت عندما بدأت اول جلد حتى في مصلحة اي حيوان ذا قرون طويلة ، الامر الذي حصل لنا كان بالاثاره 64 بت والدعم الذي سبق ان حول لفترة من الوقت ،" يقول hingley مارتن ، رئيس وباحث ومحلل في مركز البيانات الدولي.

Many would say that the long wait and the tie-up with other normal software used in the server capacity are just excuses. كثير من أن أقول إن طال الانتظار والوصل مع البرامج العاديه الاخرى المستخدمة في الخادم القدرة هي مجرد ذرائع.
